We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team.

SENIOR PAID MEDIA EXECUTIVE​ RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Developing and executing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
  • Conducting thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases.
  • Creating compelling ad copies and optimising landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Managing and optimising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI through continuous A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Analysing campaign performance data and generating detailed reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • More importantly, you’ll be assisting the Head of Paid Media in researching opportunities for new clients, running audits and providing data for proposals. 

 

Campaign Building Tasks

  • Setting up new PPC campaigns from scratch, including account structure, targeting options, and budget allocation.
  • Conducting comprehensive competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Implementing advanced targeting strategies such as remarketing, demographic targeting, and custom audience creation.
  • Monitoring and adjusting bids to maximise performance and stay within budget constraints.
  • Creating and testing different ad formats, including text, display, and video ads, to determine the most effective approach.
  • Utilising various PPC tools and platforms to streamline campaign management and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting any issues that arise and implementing solutions promptly to maintain campaign performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of how a marketing agency operates
  • Ideally have worked with WordPress before
  • Any experience in how the following technologies work would be advantageous:
    • HubSpot
    • WordPress
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads

Academic qualifications in marketing, sales or business will be advantageous, but the experience in marketing, demonstrable to learn new skills will be most important.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Proven and active experience as a PPC Executive (2+ years) 
  • Strong understanding of PPC concepts, metrics, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an ability to create engaging and effective ad copies.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification or similar are highly desirable
  • Desirable: experience in executing and contributing towards PPC strategies to achieve maximum success for client.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary will be decided based on experience and seniority, however the banding for this role sits between £32 – £38k per annum DOE.
